Where Can I see My Statement?

In an effort to be more eco-conscious, Spectrum has moved away from paper statements in 2023. Electronic patient statements will be sent through our patient portal where they may be downloaded and printed. Payments can be made online, or you can reach out to our Finance Team to pay over the phone. Remember, you can always access the patient portal from our website https://www.smcazstage.wpengine.com – just click on the “patient login” button near the top of the page.

With this change to electronic statements, you will be reminded of and asked to pay any outstanding balances when scheduling and at check-in. If you have a balance, and you are unable to pay in full, that is ok! Payment plans are available. Reach out to leave a message for our Finance Team at (602) 604-9500 extension 149 and one of our Finance Team members will get back to you to set up your individualized payment plan. It is important that you speak with us to set up a plan to avoid having balances sent through the collections process.
