What Insurances does SMCC Accept?

Spectrum is contracted with most of the major insurance companies, as well as Medicare and AHCCCS. It is very important that we have your current insurance information. Please report any changes in your insurance coverage as soon as possible.

Spectrum Medical Care Center is contracted with the following insurance companies:

Due to claims processing difficulties and credentialing issues, Spectrum Medical will NO LONGER be accepting Tricare or Tricare for Life as a PRIMARY insurance starting January 1, 2023. This change does not apply if Tricare or Tricare for Life are a secondary insurance to Medicare as Primary.

**Note: Due to changes within Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona contracting, Spectrum is NO LONGER included In-Network on the following BCBS Plans effective January 1, 2023:

  • BCBS Alliance
  • BCBS Maricopa Focus
  • BCBS Medicare Advantage Blue Pathway

This change APPLIES ONLY to these 3 networks. If you have any questions about your Blue Cross Blue Shield plan, and whether or not your Spectrum Provider is In-Network, please contact Blue Cross Blue Shield directly using the phone number provided on the back of your Member ID Card.
