Inside the discreet package, you’ll find sample collection supplies and instructions based on your needs assessment. The kit includes an Oraquick in-home HIV test, swab specimen collection kits, and a urine collection kit. We’ll provide clear instructions on returning the collected samples, making it hassle-free.
You can return the samples to our central Phoenix clinic location or your nearest LabCorp facility. Taking control of your health is easier than ever!
