outreach

The U.B.U. Crew, Spectrum Medical’s community-based outreach program, provides testing and sexual health educational services throughout Maricopa County.

healthcare made easy

Through our mission to provide accessible healthcare for all, we offer non-patients the ability to test for chlamydia, gonorrhea and HIV in the comfort of their home at no cost. Completed STI testing kits can be dropped off at Spectrum Medical or the nearest LabCorp location for processing. Once the test is processed, a Spectrum Program Navigator will contact the patient to discuss their results and the next steps.

Patients can receive preventative care from the U.B.U. Crew as well. Our preventative care services include risk assessment and reduction counseling to determine the best strategies to reduce exposure to STIs. If you would like any additional information or have any questions, contact our office or speak to a member of The U.B.U. Crew. We would also love to see you at one of our upcoming events!

Isabel has always been a wonderful provider. I can tell that she knows what she’s talking about, and we always have a great conversation. I’ve had some awful experiences with HRT providers in the past, but I’ve had nothing but good things to say about Spectrum.
